ISIS Audio Visuals Ltd can arrange for an experienced AV engineer to come to your site to evaluate your AV equipment, and we can then either fix on site or take the equipment away for servicing or repair as appropriate.

This can be arranged on a one-off basis if you have a specific fault that needs to be looked at, or we can discuss a maintenance agreement, to run on an annual basis, giving you scheduled service visits as well as access to an AV engineer being available if and when necessary.  Preventative maintenance can extend the lifespan of your audio visual equipment.

We can also supply and fit spare parts for projection or other audio visual equipment, such as lamps, filters, remote handsets or lost or damaged cables.  If you are having difficulties with getting your equipment to work well together, we would be happy to advise on systems integration.  Whether you are planning a new system or need us to fault find and fix and existing set of equipment, we can look at issues such as resolution mis-match, refresh rates, sync errors, cable faults, colour drop or misaligned optical systems.
